1. General Understanding

The customer ("User") acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with the services provided by Pawna Camping ("Us"/"The Company"), whether directly or indirectly. The user voluntarily engages in these services with full knowledge of such risks.

2. Prohibited Items and Actions

• The use of Hukka and similar items is strictly prohibited.
• A fine of INR 3000 will be charged for vomiting inside the tent.

3. User Responsibility

• The user confirms they are physically and mentally capable of availing of the service.
• Participation is voluntary, and Pawna Camping is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or loss of personal property.
• Users must adhere to appropriate conduct and behavior. Violators may be removed without a refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 24 hours before check-in.

We can shift your camping accommodation to any location in Pawna lake on customer request.

Also, we can postpone the booking with prior notice before 12 hrs of check in

In case of rescheduling, the booking amount should match the previous booking amount and no of persons should be the same. New rates will be applicable as per the rates on the website. A guest has to pay the difference. read more

5. Safety and Medical Conditions

Users must follow service provider instructions and bear all medical expenses in case of emergencies.

6. Decision-Making Authority

The Camp Manager's decisions are final. Activities may be canceled due to unforeseen conditions without compensation.

7. Activity Accuracy and Representation

Activities may slightly vary from descriptions. Photos are for representation purposes only.

8. Disclosure of Medical Conditions

Users must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions. Pawna Camping is not responsible for undisclosed medical complications.

9. Strict Policies

• Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during nature treks.
• Rule violators may be removed without a refund.

10. Pet Policy

• Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
• Pets are not allowed inside sanitary buildings.
• Aggressive or guard dogs are strictly prohibited.

11. Sanitary Facilities Usage

Maintain hygiene and use water responsibly. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Smoking is forbidden in sanitary areas.

12. Special Arrangements and Compliance

Pawna Camping reserves the right to modify regulations. Non-compliant users may be excluded from the campsite without a refund.
